個人情報に抵触しますので詳細は公開できませんが、当店へノリタケ商品を代金引換にてご注文いただきまして、早速通常通り英国へ発注を掛け、宅配便にて商品をお届けしたところ「当該住所に該当者無し」ということで戻ってきてしまいました。
何度となく確認のメールやお電話をさしあげたのですが、電話番号は架空のモノらしく関係のない企業さんにかかってしまいました。
何気ないいたずら行為かと思いますが、私どもは取扱商品の性質から、お客様の為に親身になってご対応させていただいております。
こんなトラブルがあると、とても心を痛めてしまい、暫くの間考え込んでしまいました。
